This photo illustrates an assembly AGV being tested in foreground.  A 160 ton ultra low-deck profile Wheelift transporter is being assembled in the background.  The transporter measures 20 ft in overall length, by 8 ft wide and will have a 21” lowered deck height when completed.  The transporter has a raised aft compartment for the LP engine driven generator and electronic control package.  It will have eight, 45,000 lb capacity, all-directional steer, Uniload^® wheel modules.  The transporter will be used to assemble large electrical transformers.
